| Right now, I am running the Polaris Crusher 14" wheel. I have no ide of the offset these wheels are.
I am going to replace these with something different. I want to keep the Maxxis Bighorns and maintain the same offset that I currently have. I was told that these wheel are the stock offset, however, when I look at RZR's with stock tires and wheels the definitely stick out further.
So what are the stock offsets? What are the crusher offsets?
Anyone know? | |

Anyone know? Don't know either. But I have Crushers, 26" Bighorns, Roktek 3"(really 2") lift and 1.5" spacers and still rub at full lock. FYI

Why would you rub? It is because of the lift actually pulling the tires in closer? Don't know either. But I have Crushers, 26" Bighorns, Roktek 3"(really 2") lift and 1.5" spacers and still rub at full lock. FYI

| Well, I am planning on the Roktek and I have HL shocks and springs now.
I am just trying to make sure that I get the best offset combination. I measured them tonight and the rears are 5/3 offset in the rear and 4/3 on front. Currently no rubbing wih 26" Bighorns, bit the suspension isn't finished sagging.
I had considered the 3/5 but my calculations would put the rear 4" wider in the rear.

| If your 14'' crushers have a 5'' inside and 3 '' outside thats not bad just add spacers but some of them are 3'' on inside`and 5'' on the outside. A stock rzr wheel is a 6'' inside with 2'' outside. So to keep the same offset you would need to run spacers or the only other wheel i know of made in 14'' with a offset wide enough to not use spacers is the SS112's. Most wheels come in 4'' or 5'' inside3'' outside as standard for the rzr. Problem is with most bigger tires and no spacers your tire can rub the motor mount. I ran 4-3 beadlocks with 1.5 '' spacers and it was 56'' wide. |

| Thanks GunRunner,
I just measured my backs and the best I can tell the Crusher rears are 5/3 offset while the fronts look to be a 3/4 offset.
the Maxxis Bighorns 26x14x10 front and 26x14x12 rear are the tires used. There isn't any issues with the tire rubbing right now, however I am trying to determine that once I lift it 2" and add the HL springs I will maintain the same width?
I only want to have to buy once, if you know what I mean.

| Nope, if you lift it, it pulls the a-arms in, its not drastic but you loose about a 1-1.5''. |

| Well, it sounds to me then my best be at this point is to go with the 5/3 and 3/4 offset wheels and as I do lift the vehicle, I install 1" spacers to get it a little wider. The wheels I am after offer a 3/5 offset but that will give me about 4" more width if my calculations are correct. | |

the only wheel itp sells with that offset is the ss112, call matthew at atv outfiters and he can hook you up at a good price. |

| Actually Douglas makes wheels with 3 different offsets. This is why I was trying to decide which offset to actually get.
Tonight I mounted up my shocks with the Highlifter springs. They seemed to raise the car a little. I also removed the anti-swaybar to see how well that helps if at all.

| Well, the HL springs made a world of difference and handling over the OEM setup. I also like the additional ground clearance too. Disconnecting the front anti-sway bar made a very good improvement on ride quality and terrain negotiation. | |

Did the Roktek lift with 1.5 " wheel spacers(stock springs) and have front tire (26" Bighorns) rub at full lock. Not a big deal, but you learn as you go. Come to Kenna and ride mine fast and you'll hook your swaybar back up.

Come to Kenna and ride mine fast and you'll hook your swaybar back up. I don't doubt that the anti-sway bar has it's advantages. I may hook it back up or fab a way to make is QD. Our max speed yesterday was only 35 on the GPS and the trails we were on were fairly wide. We were riding around the Bear Run / Devils Tea Table area in Wirt Co. I am not running any spacers at the moment, just the HL springs and the Crusher offset wheels. No rubbing with the 26" horns either. I need a few more test runs on some other terrain to justly decide if a Roktek is in order. Besides, I have tried to call Kevin at Roktek for a week straight and sent him 3 emails; he will not return my messages to buy the lift, so I may end up going with Race Techs lift. I only want to make it as trailable as most ATV's height wise (width is different story). I firmly believe the more you mod it the more prone you will be to breakdowns in the field. I have been modding ATVs for a long time, the amount of time that is consumes for the things I do is enormous. I am just ready to make my RZR comfy and functional and just go ride.

| i am running the supper atv 1.5-3inch adjustable lift with quick disconnected sway bar and highlifter springs. i run hard and fast and i like the sway bar disconnected. its just a much better ride in the rough stuff at speed. i like the sway bar connected for running smooth roads fast but i dont run the roads that much so mine stays disconnected. |

| Wheels just came in today, however they were shipped to one of my guys in Beckley for some reason and they were shipped with the offsets that I wasn't too sure about. Currently I have the fronts with 4+2 and the rears with 5+3 so I am not sure how they are going to run once the tires get installed. Here are the tires I will be replacing the Bighorns with. So now my dillemna is what size spacers to order to get everything to work the way I want them to. | |

Did you disconnect the rear sway bar also? If you could can you post a pic of your quick disconnect for your sway bar. did you lose any ground clearance when you unhooked it?

| i only had the front disconnected. the lift comes with brackets that mount on the bottom shock bolts to remount the swaybar. all you do is pull a pin connect swaybar put oin back in and your good to go. and there is no loose of ground clearance. |

| i never tried it on the rzr. but removing the swaybar does wonders to the ride of the rhino. |

I think it really depends on the type of riding you plan on doing. You are going to experience much more body roll with both disconnected. But for the slow technical stuff, it may be great.

| We're going to Brimstone for a couple of days, I may try disconnecting both to see how it rides. I don't really do any hauling a$$ so maybe it'll help. | |
