- With a can am atv costing 11k, can you imagine the price of a sxs? Id say 16999. would not be unlikely, would i buy one, nope. Great motor, sorry frames and customer service goes like this. Oh you broke the frame, you must be abusing it. WARRANTY DENIED!!!!! It happened to my buddy, not once but 3 times!! on 3 different machines, 1 utility and 2 renegades.
3 machines , 3 broke frames , one rider ...... yea I would guess the machine was the problem ... | |

| Not a lot of details on the actual machine but I did find out some stuff........ Will be released to dealers in May..... 1) Over 50+ Accessories already 2) Priced Right!! This came from BRP (not me) 3) Most power in the market 4) Not all Can-Am dealers will be sidexside dealers. 5) Dealers coming in 3 phases.....NC is part of Phase 1 I hope!! Also the last three products introduced from Can-Am all have powersteering, fly by wire throttle technology, and have been offered in a standard and limited package..... | |

| IMHO, People will buy the latest and greatest regardless of the brand. others wait until their favorite brand catches up with the market. I personally don't know anything about Can Am, looked at them in the dealers, thought they had too many gadgets for my liking. If their new SideXSide is loaded with all the gadets as their ATVs I think I would wait for at least the second generation to find out how they are going to hold up in the real world. Most of the reviews I have seen or read on the other new products were tested out west where it is sandy, rocky and dry. To me the true test is when the consumer takes one out on the trail and gets one muddy, and possibily swamped, how will the same machine act after it's cleaned back up. | |

| I can tell you from experience that the Can-am's will not act the same after being swamped and trust me I have swamped other brands and with the right clean up had little problem and don't count on the dealers helping too much either | |
