Installed the EPI clutch kit and heavy duty belt - wow does that make a difference.
Drained / flushed cooling system replaced with Engine Ice
Replaced all brake pads

replaced all the rear bushings - original lower busshings were bone dry. The lower bushings do not have a grease fitting and apparently are not greased by Polaris, yet the upper bushings do.
At least once a year I'm going to undo the lower arm bolts and manually grease the sleeve. makes no sense why there are fittings on the upper and not the lower.

Easy to do, time consuming.

Ordered a set of the Pit Bull 26.5 tires, tired of the Swamplites and how fast the wear.

True on the money thing, but it had to be done before I would ride again.

Still have 2 ball joints to get replaced on Monday and them I am finally done - for now.
