| They were spreading gravel on it today. We met a dozen empty dump trucks coming out as we were going in this morning. They started at the Pinnacle ATV Campground. | |

| We also heard the H&M trail folks are planning to connect the Pinnacle trails to the Indian Ridge trails. Back to the roads ... they were running a grader and spreading a little rock from the guard rail at the top of the stair steps down to where you make a left toward Wagon Wheel earlier in the week. | |

| Awesome! That will cut down on the dust for sure. I wonder if it has anything to do with those people trying to sell it? |

it's been in the works for a long time and it's just now starting. One of the main reasons that this is happening is all the extra traffic on the road...8 years ago they scraped the road twice a year....now they scrape it 6 times a year....and that cost money.

I talked with Norma when I was there on May 18th and she told me they found out they don't own that property the actual Wagon Wheel business sits on so they can't sell that part but lowered the asking price to reflect that. All they can sell is the cabins & the Saloon property. At that time she said they had no buyers.

Always good to find out ahed of time that you are trying to sell someone else's property. Could have made for a wonderful experience with expensive lawyers down the road (no pun intended, of course). I hope whoever does buy it, makes it even better!!!!!

Yes on the cabins & Bar but I'm not sure what the total acreage is now since the restaurant is not on the property they own and I don't know for sure but I'm assuming the parking lot across the road from the restaurant is not owned by them also but I'm guessing on that. That's why I think the price went down that much.

I'm sure you are right about that but with the road being paved soon that's going to be a big PLUS for the them and also Riders Paradise and Pinnacle Creek ATV Campground and will do nothing but add to the value of their property.
