| I am hearing there are new things going on in that area...
We know to be on the haul road now it looks like we will have to have hm passes.
View is blocked off now. That company is blocking off trails.
Ever since that guy ran into a coal truck and got killed with his 4 wheeler OSHA has come in and tried to get us off the haul roads.
If all this is true then it's not looking good. |

| I'm not worried about it but it will make it harder on people that don't know their way around as good and stay on the haul roads to long trying to figure out where they are going | |

| OSHA does not have jurisdiction on a haul road, MSHA does if it is on bonded property, other wise it is law enforcements jurisdiction. There hasn't been any fatal accidents this year down there. When was this supposed to have happened? | |

Someone I know got a ticket on the road outside of wagon wheel. I think a ranger did one day though from what I hear. If they go to stop me I am going to warp drive and headed for soggy bottom! |

| OK if they give me a ticket and lets just say I miss place the ticket and it never gets paid!!!! Then what? Do they come to N.C. and arrest me? Ban me from ridding in W.V.? Make me ride in a Can-Am????? I never ride with my Wallet or Drivers License anyway so how do they know who they are giving a ticket to anyway???

I know to ride any state maintained road in WV with a utv you have to be 16 or older and have a valid drivers license and have liability insurance (just like a car) | |
