Seriously what would they say if you told them you had no ID on you and you had no HM pass? Do they have the authority to arrest anyone? Come on Barney!!!! Lets hear it!!! The rangers on the H/M trails have the authority to kick you off the trail or take your UTV/ATV....and to write tickets.....Don't mess with them....  If I am riding HM trails then thats fine! | They don't have authority on those roads from what I hear. They can pull u over if they saw u on hm then went to that road. I would just outrun them anyways |
