- OK if they give me a ticket and lets just say I miss place the ticket and it never gets paid!!!! Then what? Do they come to N.C. and arrest me? Ban me from ridding in W.V.? Make me ride in a Can-Am????? I never ride with my Wallet or Drivers License anyway so how do they know who they are giving a ticket to anyway???
OK T-Bone lets hear it!!! You seem to have the answer for everything!!!! Well everything except the one question that we all have!!! Why want a $16000.00 machine make it thru a little ole mud hole???? I know to ride any state maintained road in WV with a utv you have to be 16 or older and have a valid drivers license and have liability insurance (just like a car) When we was down at Ashland year before last, we seen lots of UTV riding over to Wagon Wheel on paved roads and other paved roads. Does this mean they have put a stop to it and will give you a ticket now? Do you have to have liability insurance on your tractor with a slow moving sign on it? What about a UTV with a slow moving sign on it? Any one have any reports of being stopped and ticketded? | |
