| Just curious if you guys are running the UNI FILTER in your RZR. My TPS went bad in May and the dealer told me that the filter could have caused the TPS to go bad, because of the Oiling of the filter. Which I only put a small amount of oil on the filter. So I decided to put the paper filter back in and I've only put about 120 miles on it since. So any info would be Great!!! I have a 09 LE model with about 640 miles so far.
Thanks Anthony | |

| I use a Uni and a Twin. I try to have both of them clean, and then can switch them out every day! | |

| Running stock. I am doing just like Shawn said. I keep it clean. After every ride I take it out and knock the dust out of it if any. I wipe the inside down and clean it out with 409 to spotless condition. After that I spray white lithium grease all over it inside to help catch dirt then replace the air filter with the one that was in it or put a whole another new one in it.
I just ordered an outerwear pre filter that goes over the stock filter. It will add another layer of protection from dust and dirt. I have not put it on but I am sure its going to help and it was not a big expense at all for more protection.
Thats my plan for right now. I may add a snorkel soon. WV HOT ROD RHINO and Bubba are trying to talk me into it! I just havent had time to do it.
I feel confident with the stock system and adding an outerwear. I just go through some water sometimes and want to get a snorkel to protect from that. |

| This is where I got mine. http://www.outerwearsracing.com/ I hope to get it on sometime this week. I think its a smart purchase so I bought one. I bought a yellow one so I can see the dirt and can tell when its time to clean it.

Thanks Anthony I have a uni filter in my stock air cleaner and a K&N at the top of my 3" snorkel pipe...I have never had to clean the uni filter, I just clean the K&N ...I clean it after every dusty ride. | |
