Hillbilly pregnancy

A young woman from West Virginia recently got married, and was worried about getting pregnant at a young age. After much thought she decided that she would brave the embarassment about her lack of knowledge on the subject and speak with her physician.

She makes an appointment at her local clinic, and upon seeing the Dr. she asked for an exam. When the doctor was finished with the examination and declared her in good health, she braves herself to speak of the real issue thats been on her mind. She tells the Doctor that she doesn't want to have children quite yet and asked if their is anyway that she can avoid this.

The Doctor senses her embarassment and gently explains to her that there are ways to avoid this and plan for a time when it would be better for her to start her family. She asked what method that she should use and is told that if she would take a thing called a condom, and place it on her husbands organ, then there would be little chance of a pregnancy.

About 3 months later the same young woman returns to the Doctors office for a follow up exam, after running the normal test its found that the young woman is indeed pregnant. At this point the young woman breaks down in tears, not understanding how this could happen an insures the physician that she followed his exact instructions, The Doctor not knowing what to think asked her again " Are you sure that you placed this condom on your husbands organ correctly?"

At which point the young lady replies " Well almost" The Doctor puzzled replies " What do you mean "Almost". To which you young woman explains that since they were poor they couldn't afford an organ, but she did put it on her husbands Piano, that he'd inherited from his Dad.
