| Ok I have a really dumb question here. Does a lft kit actually increase your ground clearance or just raise your body. I have had guys tell me it only raises the body and will not raise your skid plates. | |

| a lift will give you lift a the skids. so it will give more ground clearane.

| Yes, it will increase ground clearance. Throw a jack under the frame in the center between the wheels and jack it up two inches. That will give you an idea of what it will look like. At full droop of the suspension, your cv angles will be more, but it doesn't seem to be a problem with rzrs. Expect a stiffer ride with a lift. | |
