| I ordered my 2" lift from JBS last night. I will be ordering my new tires on monday. Also going to get the Trail Armor a arm/cv guards. Orderd Monday. I am going with the GBC Dirt Tamers as they are $100.00 cheaper then bighorns and everyone I know that has GBC's has had great luck with them. | |

| Lift is on. Instructions could be better, but by know means difficult. I have a full 2 1/4 lift front and rear. The rear looks a little different becuase of the skinner tires. I sold them and plan on ordering my GBC Dirt Tamers Monday that will be wider on the back. Thanks James for the good deal and fast arrival. Front before: Front After: Back before: Back After: Bracket, I painted them with spray on truck bed liner: Front Spacer: Back Bracket: | |

| Ok, Minor issue..I hope.
It seems when I was pulling the strut/spring down and out to install the front spacer, as the instructions say, the passenger side outboard CV joint poped lose. I haven't driven it, only moved it 3-4 ft back and forth in neutral.
Did it just pop out or did it break? I can move the axle back and forth and turn it. I hope just a retainign ring popped out. I won't have time to take it apart until monday or tuesday...
Is this fatal for the joint?

| There is a lot of angle on what looks like the drivers side , are you sure you have the strut in correct ? if so then you have a lot more lift than 2" and it is probably pulling the Axle out , I had the same problem on mine when I did some service work . Can not tell you exactly was the problem I just remember is being the alignment of the front strut , maybe how it sits in the top comes to mind . I just would not drive it like that , you could definatly destoy splines on the axle and diff . | |

| The lift is 2inches from what I measured before and after. The Drivers side is locked in tight, but I didn't have to completely remove the strut on that side i was able to slide the spacer on with it still under the brace where it bolts on.
The passneger side made a pop when I pulled it out, but I didn't notice it at the time. Whats odd is I did exactly what the instructions say and show on the passneger side and it is the one loose.....

| It should be no problem to pop right back in. You can always call me anytime you have questions ... I usually go to bed around 11 but anytime before that is fine. My # is 304-673-2602 .... put it in your phone!

| Yep. My buddy is coming over tomorrow to help. He replaced cv joints last fall in his sportsman so it shouldn't take long.

| just pop it back in and then keep an eye on it and make sure it stays in. if it keeps popping out you have to much lift. |

Thats what I am going to do. I don't think it is the lift. To pull the strut and spring out to put the spacer on you really move the a=arm down several more inches than once you have the lift on and fully exteneded.

| Ok I am done, got the cv joint back in with the help of a friend and the new tires and rims mounted. Don't need the spacers the front tires just work without them | |
