| Thinking about an XP but concerned over the size of it with WV trails. Any XP owners offer their advice? I definitely DONT want the standard 50" Razr but after reading that the S LE models with the FOX shocks are being discontinued I'm leaning toward the XP. The last thing I want to do is shell out $15K to find out that it wont fit when I take it out. Was thinking about keeping a small saw with me when i ride. | |

| I dont know. I have seen some chatter from some other XP owners saying that the width was ok. A little big but manageable. The trailing arms was the disappointment. I did reply to that guy asking how what the problem was on those and he has not replied back yet. |

| I rode a full size Ranger for a year and with aftermarket wheels & tires it was 64" wide at the tires and of course the rest of it was 60" wide I did carry a chainsaw and had to cut stuff on some tight trails.90% or more of the trails are wide enough for my Silverado 2500HD so I would not be concerned about the width as much as the trailing arms taking a beating on some rocky trails but it may have enough ground clearance to get by without hanging up. | |

| the width will be no trouble and the trailing arms will not be that much trouble. the part i think will be the most trouble is the rear arms at the back. thunderhawk is working on a fix and im sure a few others are too. |

| Good Post Bush. I never thought those rear arms would be an issue. And i agree the 64" width will be fine. Few are doing "explorin" on SxS's in WV. Most are riding existing well worn trails. Those are fine. | |

| When I got my Rhino, people started saying I can't go here and there. I've had it on every narrow trail around here. Then I put the itp wheels with 10" wide tires on the front and went all the same places. It's as wide as my S. Yes, there are places I have to back up a little. Most of the places I have to squeeze through is between rocks, stumps, and small trees that had been cut just wide enough for a quad. I have noticed that the wider you are, the easier it is to just run over that stuff with one side. The only thing that sucks is you gotta know where your right side tire is if you are riding fast on a narrow trail. In most cases, it is worth the stability you get with a wider machine. | |

Except when you run into a stump you couldn't see just trying to keep up with the idiot in front of you. Remember that little mishap | |

| Get the xp. Otherwise you'll be wishing you had. I carried a chainsaw when I rode a standard rzr and hung with a bunch of quads at a hunt club. Got tired of cutting my way through. Went with a plus five kit. Don't ride them skinny trails any more. Should be alright on most all of the H/M trails. If you are worried about it carry a small chainsaw. They do say the tires are not holding up on the xp. | |
