| Anyone have an idea in what kind and how many lights I can run on a side by side without messing up machine? I was wanting to purchase 4 offroad lights that are 100 watts, is this to much to install on my light bar? | |

| I don't think any atv/utv can run 400 watts of lights all at the same time off of a stock stator/battery for more than a few minutes. With modifications (larger stator, add aux alternator, 2 batteries) then it is possible. I had (4) 50 watt and after 15-20 minutes I could tell they were not as bright. I changed to LED light bars and have not had any issues and they are brighter. | |

| i run 4 55 watt lights on the top and 2 100 watt hella on the bumper of my rhino and the stock head lights. normaly see a voltage drop below 12v after 30 minutes of use. swapped the 2 100s out of the hellas back to 55 watt bulbs and it will run them for hours..

| I would love to try a set of these along with hids in my stock lights. It would be nice to have a set of these up high where they won't get muddy every 10ft. I just don't know how much light the leds would put out, but they only pull very little watts. The hids only pull 15-30 each. I was looking at the small spot lights. The price don't seem near as bad as some others, and they say trailtech makes good stuff. http://www.trailtech.net/lights.html | |
