| After washing my RZR last night I put it on jack stands to check things out...I noticed I had some play in my lower A-arms. I tore it apart and the bushings don't show a lot of wear. My question is...do the bushings wear more on the inside than the outside? | |

| Mine did the same thing and James told me what to do. Take it apart and grind just a little off the end of the metal tube that goes through the center of the bushing, then put it back together. This will tighten it right up. | |

| Are you talking about the front ones? If it's back and forth play, just take out the inner metal sleeve and grind about 1/8" off. This if what fixed mine. On the rear it seemed like the metal sleeve wore more than the bushing. I have both delrin and stock, same results. I even has stainless steel sleeves made and the show wear............ | |

| Sorry...it's the front that has play in it...I will try gringing the tube at lunch and see if that helps. I already orderd the oem bushings from Cheap cycle parts...$30.00...so if shortening the tube fixes it, I will still install the new bushings. Thanks for your help guys... | |

| Cutting the sleeve will tighten the tabs of the frame to the outer flange of the bushing and that tightness will mask the real problem of the worn out i.d.of the bushing and o.d. of the sleeve . Too tight will slow the travel and can put extra stress on the tabs when on ruff stuff because that arm is going to move out of line because of the worn out bushing - you just cant feel it by hand -Trick is good bushings and sleeves. Hope this helps Supe | |
