| I have 2400 miles on my RZR S and the bushings are getting bad. Going to replace all 32 of them, figure if I get another 2400 miles out of them I will be happy. Can get the Polaris ones for around $120 for all 32.
Question is, should I also replace the tubes? Or just replace the tubes that dont get any grease? I havent took anything part yet, so not sure how any of the bushing or tubes look.

| I would pull then apart and replace the tubes that look bad. If they look good then keep them. Just take it all apart before you order and then you will know what you need.
Good Luck Steve man!! |

Go ahead and order all the tubes...they are gonna be worn...I made the mistake of just replacing my bushings with 1500 miles on them and they only lasted 800 miles...

| I wish I could get 2400 out of mine. At 1200 mine were so bad that I couldn't hold it in the road on snowy roads, control arms just flopped around everywhere. Mine wore at the ends, not between the control arms and bushings, or between the bushings and the tubes. The tubes looked good. The bottom ones go much faster than the top. I just done my bottom passenger side at 1900 miles. I'm hell on those because of the fast hard left hand turns. Riding fast = These things should have automotive style bushings instead of this plastic toy crap. | |

These things should have automotive style bushings instead of this plastic toy crap. Mine is right at 1200 miles and rides like a cadillac. I may be able to make it to 2400 miles like Steve. |
