2011 Fall Ride Oct 8, 9, 10

A couple of things we need to do.


1.We need to line up in 2 lines at the stop sign leaving the Campground
each morning.I want the line on the right to be people without a radio
and I want everyone with a radio to be in the other line so this way
when we pull out I want a SXS with a radio between every
8 or 10 machines depending on how many radios we have.


2.If you are donating a Raffle Prize and it's small
enough to bring with you on Saturdays ride then bring it so we can hand
it out when we do the drawings.I will bring the shirts & Flags I'm
giving away & the Hoodies Firepup donated.The gift cards and small
unbreakable items should be given out at this time too.

Everyone clean their radiators out real good.

Bring a garden sprayer to keep water in if your machine has a history of getting hot!

Rides begin at 9.00am Sat,Sun & Mon


Bring all food & drinks you will need to eat on the trail.Also bring
extra gas just in case.Breaks will be 15 minutes and lunch will be 25
minutes an air horn will go off to let you know you have two minutes
before we start rolling again.We will not hold up the group for any
breakdowns that can't be fixed real quick.We will ask two people to stay
with the broken down SXS and help get it back to camp.The
plan is to be back at camp by 6:00pm each day.Everyone must do their
part to watch for the person behind them and make sure they see where to
turn at every fork or intersection.

If you have any questions or suggestions for the Fall Ride lets here them.


Fall Ride reminders:

1.Be ready and lined up at the stop sign leaving Ashland Resort before
9:00am because at 9:00am we leave everyday on time no exceptions sorry.


2.Keep the machine in front of you in site and always wait for the machine behind you at each turn or fork.


3.If the machine behind you stops for any reason you must stop also
which this should cause a chain reaction and everyone should stop
so know one gets left behind.


4.Bring your food & drinks for all day as we have to many people to go get served anywhere in a timely manner.



I won't be asking for volunteers to help out if we
have some machines break down during the Fall Ride
because I know some always step up and help when the
situation comes up so no need to have a list.
We will do like we have in the past if a machine can't be fixed
quickly we will not hold up the whole group we will continue the ride
and have a couple stay with the broke down SXS and help make
sure they get back.


Check the list if you are coming to the
Fall Ride make sure you are on it and if you are bringing friends with
SXS it would be nice to have them on the list too so we can have close
to an accurate count.If you are on the list and now you are not coming
tell me so we can remove you ok.

Raffle tickets will be sold Friday night and through out the day on
Saturdays ride and we will make a stop somewhere along the way Saturday
evening on the way back to camp before everyone splits off since people
are staying at different locations.All prizes will be drawn for at this
time and it will be the winners responsibility to get the prize from the
donor of the prize.
