| Does anyone know where I can get just the U joints and the yoke that go on the prop shaft? Polaris only sells the whole shaft and it's several hundred dollars. | |

| The RZR 4 has a part number for just the yoke. I know they take the same U joint kit. Mine in in the shop right now with this issue. Hot Rod (James) done a mod on Beav's and it seems to be working. Give him a shout..... | |

| I still had front wheel drive but was getting alot of chatter under my seat. The yoke on mine was bad. I'm gonna make some calls and see what I can find. If I find just the U joints and yoke i'll let you know. There is no reason to have to buy the whole new shaft, other than Polaris robbing people. | |

I really think the RZR 4 yoke will work....... I'm gonna talk with the dealer and see what they say about that. I'm in a hurry though, I have that group ride at 5 Points this coming weekend and I need the old girl up and running. So I don't have alot of time to experiment.

Well James drilled and tapped Beav's and put 2 allen head set screws in his. This will get you bye. Thats prolly what I'm going to do even if I get the warranty to fix it. Also I am going to put a large piece of heat shrink over the shaft to help keep out the dirt and crap..............

The U joints weren't all that bad. The back one was good, the front joint was just starting to get some play. The splines on the yoke was the bad part on mine, where it slides on the shaft. I called around and got a pretty good deal from a local dealer. I got the entire shaft, as well as the pin and O ring for $152.00 The dealer said he wasn't sure if the yoke was the same as whats on the RZR-4, since you can get that piece separately. However just the yoke for the RZR-4 was $70.00 and $ 40.00 dollars for the U joints. So I went ahead and bought the new shaft.
