| Ok today while out on a little ride I downright burried my rzr while winching it out the battery light kept coming on and if you weren't quick to let off the button and giving it a considerable amount of gas it would stall out...question is does anyone see a problem here? ? | |

| Been useing an oddesey for three years. Still strong. A winch will probably pull any battery down. On a long pull you should probably take breaks. | |

| I just replaced my stock battery with another one. I havent had issues in the past but I dont have a winch. If I get a winch I am sure I will be headed for trouble. |

| If you ride by yourself (not recomended for several reasons) then you should have a winch. Generally with a group someone should be able to pull you out, which will probably be faster than the winch. Tbone has experiance in this... | |

| The battery situation really sucks. The stator has a hard time keeping up with our demands (mine ex:stereo,6 lights,heater,5000lb winch), I put two optima full size batteries in mine BUT at night using everything at idle my battery light will flicker. I don't like the extra weight. Alternator I don't think is the way to go, it won't last with the conditions we put them thru. These batteries were expensive so my next venture will be lithium ferrous batteries, they way a fraction of conventional ones but r salty, waiting for the price to go down. Rzr's that have standard tail lights use more amps than others meaning tail lights consume more. Been waiting n finally O'reilly stocks led back up n tail bulbs but u have to get resistors with n they carry them, just under $30.00 for set up. | |
