| If it will fit, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. | |

| It not just being post correct , and Cranking amp correct , its the way the battery is made , what is best in these machines is a Gel battery ... just like in a Seadoo you will knock over the plates in the battery with the bouncing around .. that will cause a dead short in the battery and no juice at all ... A good Gel battery can be had for around a $100 that fits the rzr ... What you do not want to do is turn the RZR over slow ( on a weak battery ) the starters are weak at best ... That being said , do what you have too and what you can afford .. if that is what you have and can afford and meets the CCA needed , then go for it ... | |

| It's not so much about cca as it is Ah rating. If you don't run at night(lights), don't use a winch or have high wattage speakers any 12v that fits should start it. Still have the Looney Tuned exhaust? | |

| I KNOW THEY ARE HIGH. BUT I GOT THE ODESSEY 925
ITS A BEAST, I RUN STEREO, GPS ,GOPRO, FOG LIGHTS AND HIDS
AND IT NEVER EVEN STUTTERS. TURNS THE MOTOR 2X AS FAST AS THE STOCKER.
JMO YOU DON'T WANT YOUR BATTERY TO BE A FAIL POINT.
SOMETHING BARELY ENOUGH WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST

| this past weekend while at the wagon wheel we were stopped and when I got back in, it would not start we jumped it and it fired right up, about 3 miles down the road we were idling and it died, we jumped it again and ran for about 20 miles straight when i got to the truck. I turned it off and it started right back up, well by the time i got the trailer gate dropped and tried to start it again it would not start.. I took a jumper box out of my truck hooked it to it and it started. but when i took the neg. off the bat. it died.... hooked the jumper box back up and started it again left the jumper box on it for about a minute and it ran fine.. today when I pulled it off the trailer it started right up I washed it and it wouldnt start hooked the jumper box to it and it started.. any ideas could it be a bad ground a faulty bat. Im lost | |

| Sounds like a loose connection but you may want to charge the battery up and take it by auto parts store and have it checked. | |

| So far I've been happy with the factory battery in my XP. I know it's new, however, it has held up extremely well playing the stereo long hours and not showing any signs of weakening. It also runs the stereo, lights and light bars reliably on the trail with no negative results.
I thought I'd probably get an Odyssey when it died but then I'd have to get the EMP battery box, etc. I'd have $350ish in that set up in a hurry. Given my current experience, I think I'd just go with factory replacement.....unless it has a short life.....it's still early.
