| Any of you guys ever rode those trails near the Pocahontas Motel and near the Prison? I looked them up on Google Earth and it looked like a whole bunch of trails in that area that looked like some good riding. Thanks! | |

| Should be the same area as behind the Bowling Alley which I have rode some of that but if you are staying at Ashland or Hilltop etc etc it's a long ways to Welch and then you are just getting further away from camp so a long ways to make it back if you have mechanical or other problems and the reason I don't ride that area very often. | |

| I was over there last in early Nov. riding the trail from behind bowling alley up around the new prison & over to Pineville. The gas co. was putting in a bunch of new gates all along that long section under the power lines & I've since heard they had locked them all down. | |

| It's not that far. Welch is only 2 hrs from Hilltop if you ride and don't stop every 10 minutes. Not bad trails in that area... | |

All I'm saying it would be better to stay in Welch if you are going to venture off to far from there in case someone has a problem IMO. | |

| Good point Bobby. I'm not gonna lie to ya, when we ride far out, the thought of breaking down does linger in the back of my mind when we are riding. | |
