| As long as they mount on the bar behind the seat.I hated the Super ATV's that just hang on the back of the seat.I don't see why you really need Harness's for the type of riding we do. | |

I researched and researched this. I ended up buying the pro armors. They aren't the most expensive and not the cheapest. In harnesses you get what u pay for.
The pro ones have nice padding and are high quality. The reason I got rid of my factory ones was because of them rubbing my neck. It would leave a big soar. Plus the pooplaris ones would lock up with time.
Good luck and I hope this helps |

| Thanks Bobby ... honest opion helps ... Tbone I like those , but cost wise these fit ... just wondering how do you tell good from the bad as far as safety ? $70 shipped versus $120 is $50 any way you stack it ... | |

| That's true. Good vs bad I would say is padding, the buckle system, and how it mounts.
$50 is a small price to pay in my opinion. When it comes to safety devices I generally put more into it. These sxs's are the dangerous things I do now. In the event of an emergency my equipment is going to be good. The pro armors have an emergency pull tab and are built to keep themselves together. If we accidentally got into water a cheap harness could dround you. Like I said...........I looked at them all. After being in race cars since I was 8, I know what I'm looking for. Comfort in padding because we ride all day. Good emergency release buckle. Tight stitching and build quality. Pro armor won it hands down after research. At the end of the day nobody can put a price on safety. |

| Hey Punder, I'm the only one wearing a helmet and a 5-point. It takes a while to get into so I ask my ride leaders to give me a 5 min. warning, that turns out to be a lot shorter, before we blast off. I have the Simpson "off road" 3"(padded) and like it. The left lap and shoulder belts are included in the same buckle making it easier to put on. As you probably know the crotch belt keeps you from sliding under the lap belt in a "head-on". The way I like to ride I wouldn't want anything else (shut up HRR ). | |

| I found the DFR on Ebay for $68 for 2 complete sets. They were a Y style and only a 4 point. They were the 3" and padded. I took them apart and sewed them into the H style. I bought 2 3" slide bars off ebay and they look great. I dont have them installed yet but for $78 for 2 it is nice. | |

But I do know what you are talking about Tbone , have been in drag racing on and off the strip and in garages since I was 16 .. | |
