| Would like to get a little feedback on harnesses. I have seen where some like them and some hate them in the woods. Just wondering how comfortable they really are trail riding? Are they to restrictive? And how big a pain in the tail are they getting in and out of ? I know no one like to stop on the trail but sometimes with a group you end up sitting as much as riding.
I'm not one to wear seat belts in general on the trail. But after seeing and hearing about some of the roll overs makes a person think about things differently.

| I love mine, yes they are restrictive but they are really comfortable to wear. Get the 3" with sewn in pads and you will be fine.
They are a bit of a pain to get in and out of but not too bad once you get used to them. I can get in and out pretty quickly but passengers who aren't used to them usually require some help. When I am riding aggressively is when they get really comfortable, you don't get bounced around and are part of the machine instead of just sitting in it.

| If I am riding really slow I don't wear it. If we pick up the pace or we do hills I am belted in without a doubt. Yes, they can be a pain, but they can also save your life. I agree with Neuromax. Get the belts with the sewn in pads. | |

| If I'm in deep mud or water, I keep thinking about turning up and over onto the drivers side, so I take them off, just so my goofy looking head isn't held under water!!!!!!! The rest of the time I'm belted in tight. Whenever I have to back, I just losen the top straps so I can lean out the side. I love my simpson 5 point harnesses. You can't hold a beverage between your legs when the crotch strap if hooked up, so I sometimes have to leave it un done!!! And I think that I have 2 sets of these belts for sale. | |

| I added a set on my "S", true they are a pain when getting in or out, but they hold you in place on a rough trail. | |

| Has anyone used the Superatv harness? They look nice and you can't beat the price. Just wondering if being a Y style if they would rub the seats bad. | |

| The only thing I have heard about a 3 point, or "Y" style, is that they tend to rub your neck quite a bit. | |

| I put mine in last week but have not used them yet. I buckled myself in and they were pretty comfortable.... as far as rubbing the seat I was not able to see that. | |

actually, the y part comes around the back of the headrest and splits about neck high letting the straps come down your shouders....for the money you can't beat them.

A pain to put on but keeps you sucked down into the seat. Rode with clrhino and Mikebike4 yesterday and it really helped me keep from jumping out.
