| i use a large punch. catch it on the inside lip where the bearings meet and tap them out. i never done it on the rzr but the ones in the rhino have to go out the same way they go in. |

| The Manual says to use a drift punch and tap out evenly. I just dropped mine off at the dealer to get done under the extended warranty. | |

| Large punch , remove large snap ring beat it out from other side. For best results soak with light oil . But you must press back in . I put my bearings in the freezer and the bearing carrier in the oven about 200 deg , they will just about fall in that way. | |

| Thanks for the info! So there's no way to get them out without taking the knuckle out? | |

| it will be much easier to take the knuckle out. if its the front i think its easier to remove the a-arms from the frame, at least on the rhino it is. i have not done it on the rzr yet but if the ball joints are easy to remove from the knuckle that will be the best way. |
