I had my cell phone lock up yesterday and had to call customer support and my phone had to have a reset/reboot done and all my contacts were lost so if I had your # please send me a text with who is sending so I can add you back in my phone.

what kind of phone do you have. I was thinking about getting a new one, and don't want one like yours. lol!

My Droid X did that back in the spring. It showed a system update needed to be down loaded so I clicked on it and it locked up half way through. Long story short they sent me a new Droid X 2. Mine saved some of my contacts but I still find some that I'm missing.

it stinks when that happens. I have iphone and if that happens, everything is on your computer and restored so you dont lose numbers.

All of my info is on my icloud and if my phone dies, I can go to an apple store and get a new phone. When they give me the phone I log into my icloud and everything is back on it right then and there.

I was thinking of a Samsung. I have friends that have the Galaxy S that have had good luck with them. They don't have the all the bells and whistles of the Iphone, but don't have the problems either. My dumbphone is a Samsung, and it's been dropped several times, and submerged in beer. 5 yrs old, and it still works!
