Me and my wife and kids are planning a trip to the outlaw and the H&M trails the first week in April but Ashland resort is all ready booked up so I was wondering if you guys knew any where good to stay close to Ashland that has acess to both trail systems that u all would be comfortable taking ur families to. This will be our first trip to the Ashland area so any help would be great. Thanks for the help in advance.

Wild Willy's would be a great place. It's right down the street from Ashland.

Wild Willy's like TBONE said but it you would prefer more room than a small cabin I would stay in Crumpler at one of Dale's mobile homes which are nice or the Hillbilly House it's not fancy but I have stayed there several times and for the money it beats a small cabin.Also Black Dog Ranch above Ashland Resort I listed would be good.All 3 places you can ride from on the road and be on the H/M Indian Ridge Trail system pretty easy.

Thanks guys that is a huge help. Keep me in mind if you know anybody else is going to be up there the 1st week in April I really don't know my way around the outlaw trails and would love to see some of the places I've seen on this site from that area. Of course a bunch of us will be there for the Spring Ride I guess the weekend before you ride.I would post a few days before you leave and say where you are staying and see who will be there when you are that can hook up with you & show you around.
