| Ok guys someone has to know ! has anybody pulled the spark arrestor and cleaned it , if so how the heck did you get it out ! | |

| TAKE OUT THAT ONE BOLT AND IT WILL SLIDE OUT. DONT PUT IT BACK. BIG POWER GAIN. MINE WAS PACKED WITH CARBON. | |

| I got the bolt out but it wont move !!! I think it is pluged up not leting the exhaust out and that is causing too much back pressure and the exhaust is turning red ! | |

| Yep , I suggest tapping it till the carbon breaks up . Tighten the bolt back in place and use a good hammer and use good solid hits ( not enough to bend or break just to vibrate the carbon ) . | |

| i think parts cleaner will also break up carbon if you cant get it out. do you have it off of the rzr? | |

| nah still on the machine , I thik I may take a die grinder and cut a groove in it so I can roll it to breake it loose and not kill it ! | |

| just spent 500.00 on all inner and outer bushing with all new sleeves , new belt , 4 new wheel bearings and two tie rod ends and a air filter !!! 2000 mile check up ! | |

Muzzy's are a lot quieter than LTR, HMF or Two Brothers and with the whisper cores they are about like stock ... just deaper tone. Massive power gains with Muzzy's | |

| I paid 20.00 each for the rear and 30.00 each for the front from a polaris dealer and they were pure polaris ! I will not say who the dealer was because we have a dealer on the page that surports the group ! Sorry I dont want to sound like a butt , but it dont seem right to me ! Please correct me if Im wrong ! | |
