| Tore a CV boot (inner right rear) only saw a small amount of grease sprayed out, but after tearing apart there was quite a bit of muddy water and grit in there, there was a slight clicking sound in right rear when I unloaded off trailer, but quit when I moved today to wash it. Question is clean and reinstall old race and bearings, or go all new...any idea on cost? Thanks in advance, I think the answer will be new, but just wanted to ask. | |

| Go with the new. Its better to work on the machine in the shop instead of out on the trail.

| I had the very same problem, I cleaned it and put a new boot on but it's still
clicking. To buy just that cv joint at the dealer was $180.00. Super ATV has complete axles for the RZR for $109.95. I'll be ordering two new rear axles for my RZR tomorrow. | |

| Gotta give my local shop an attaboy. Took my half shaft to them today, they repacked cv and put on new boot while I waited...
