| How many miles do you have and what have you replaced due to wear or failure? Also...what are some things that you don't like about the Wildcat and wish you could change? | |

| Bought in September 2012 at Princeton Powersports.
I have over 800 hours on my machine and have had no problems whatsoever.
Only thing I would change is add more storage capacity but I think Wildcat1
has a rack that will remedy that issue. Also fender coverage is lacking but again
Wildcat1 has taken care of that problem as well with his fender flares.
Other than those 2 minor issues I freaking love the Wildacat !

| Wikdcat1 was telling me about a couple of issues that arctic cat changed from 2012 to 2013. Could he or anyone say what those were? |

| Good question Rayray. I would have perhaps purchased a Wildcat last spring when I bought my XP because the Cat looked to be way cool, but I didn't give buying the Cat that much SERIOUS consideration because of the bad things I had heard about the reliability of Arctic Cat vehicles. Didn't want to be a first adopter on this one. That said, if the Wildcat is actually well built, it may truly be the one to buy. | |

Yeah...I'm kinda waiting to see how they hold up after 3 or 4 thousand miles on them. I have 2400 on my RZR and since around 1500 miles I have to fix something after every ride. That is totally unacceptable to me. Our trips usually add up to around 150 miles...it leaves home with everything tight and working and when we get home something is loose do to wear or broken. We don't ride harder than anyone else and I maintain my RZR very well...and still.....well you know! Oh...and don't get me started about their freakin' "EXTENDED WARRANTY" every dealer that I call says "NOT COVERED"....."NOT COVERED"....bring it in and we will see what they say...like they haven't seen these ordinary problems before. I'm thinking very seriously about either changing brands or go back to an atv. DATZ DA TRUFF!!

I hear you ray ray but Andy has over 2000 miles on his I think so I'm sure he will chime in. I also was thinking when I had my old RZR that with all the problems I had I was thinking I should just sell the RZR and buy me a nice used ATV for $3500.00 or less but I think I would go with a used Rhino that someone has sunk a bunch of money in accessories and spend 5 or 6K but I like a SXS better for these reasons.Riding a passenger, drinking and driving...lol,playing my music, driving with one hand taking pictures with the other, more storage space etc etc.Riding an ATV was starting to bother my knees too.

| im on 5 different forums and i see alot of guys bitching about the ride they have, it seems the RZRS have as many if not more problems than the cat. as do the rhinos but there are alot more RZR'S out there. and they have been around awhile and to be honest all brands have their problems, but so far even being a first year model i really think the wildcat as had very very few problems but again it depends on how you drive it, or any of the SXS on the market. and im sure arctic cat will be addressing and have addressed a few of the problems. i would buy another one. i know guys with all the brands and they all have had problems big and small. it seems most of the problems with the cat so far have been minor ones. | |

| 2200 Hundred miles/not one bushing or wheel bearing has been replaced and they are all still tight, just checked them 2 weeks ago when I put my first set of brake pads on at1900 miles and that was the front only, the rear still had about 5/8's of the pad left, I will agree with Bocephus on storage and fender coverage but I have that problem resolved.
to answerTbones question;; they had a seat belt recall to relocate the main mount in a higher location, they felt it was a saftey issue, they added a grab bar for the passenger in 13 and done the seatbelt move also, I will agree with wvregulators on the glovebox door ,its cheap.
I know the machine is an awesome machine and has the best ride hands down anywhere,I would buy another one without hesitation! I have owned cats when they first came out with the H1 650 atv 7400 miles never a problem,700 H1 never a problem and a 1000 H2 never a problem untill I used it as a submarine, drunk in pinacle creek and I still rode it home through the woods with only a quart of oil in it cause that is all I had after I drained it. |

AT 22OO, I have replaced bushings, rear wheel bearings,starter,2 sets of break pads,2 sets of ball joints,3 sets of tie rods, throttle cable, cracked exhaust manifold, fuel pump, skid plate....and now my transmission is hard to shift and it's not the cable.
