| I was doing checks all over everything tonight and found that the boot was a little bit loose on my RZR. No dirt was really inside but I tightened it up. I would check everyones before you go. That could of been a costly deal for me. Three turns on the airbox side it took to tighten it up and on the intake side it took a turn and a half. After I got done tightening it I grabbed it and tried to pull it off to make sure it wasnt over tightened. Just a warning for everyone. I hope it helps! |

| last night i was sprayin white lithium grease on the box and sprayed a little in the intake. Man my RZR did not start after a while of holding down the starter. It finally started and runs fine now.
Must of gotten a little grease in there. That wont hurt will it? I know dirt will but surely not grease. |

| If you get it on the Air sensor , YEP , but other than that not much you can hurt with spray grease . | |

| Good info Tbone. Everyone should check that often. Even the 450 rhino vibrates like crazy while at idle. You know stuff is comming loose when that thing is thrashing like that. | |
