| JBS- I know you are probably covered up, but was wondering if you were going to work on the A arm bushing for the T4's. I know you had mentioned an idea, but I wasn't sure if you were going to pursue it. Standing by for the radiator guards as well. Thanks man! | |

| So, are the front bushings a big issue on the T4? Anything else giving you issues? This machine is on my list, not sure if I really want a 4 seater but I do like the look of it. | |

Hey! I was just on the phone with James. He said yes on the bushings. He will be in touch. He is covered up trying to get ready for the weekend. |

Looks as though the uppers are wearing. They have a unique design that may need a fix if you ride alot and ride really hard. The bottoms are very good, and made just like Rhino bushings. James has an idea to make the top like the bottom, and he may come up with some trick radiator guards like he has for the Rhino as the T4 gets a little mud in there when you run hard. They are very easy to wash out from what I saw. Don't get scared of the bushings, they are not anywhere near as junky as a rzr. Buy one! Awsome 4 seater.

| Thanks for the info Hump! Yeah, am still undecided on what to get, I am even considering a Commander. My RZR hasn't been too bad of a machine and i love it! Everything is gonna have issues the way we ride. Don't know if my wife and daughter would ride with me a lot. Really hate to get a 4 Seater and be the only one in it. | |

| What Hump said. I just turned over 2000 miles and the bushings are the first thing that I have had to replace. If James isn't going to be a real long time, I may save the $150 and hold off for his fix. You won't be disappointed with a T4. I am the only one in mine half the time, and I love it. I made all the same turns the rzrs made on Sat and even a few that they did 3 pt turns on. The water break that the rhinos got stuck on, I was the first of 3 T4s and got high centered, but the other 3 went right over. It is very handy to have the extra seats when needed. And it rides and handles good enough that you would never know you are driving a 4 seater when you are alone. Good luck with your choice!! | |

| I am not in the market for a four seater. But I was extremely impressed with the T-4's last weekend. I think if I went to a four seater the T-4 would be number one on my list!! | |

| I don't have any need for a four seater, but I've rode with a bunch of these T-4 machines over the last couple of months. These machines are impressive. They seem to be tough as nails, ride really good, have plenty of power, and handle surprisingly well for such a large machine. No doubt, if I was in the market for a four seater, the T-4 would be my choice. | |

Hey JimBob, Do you remember how much it cost you to replace the bushings and the pin?

| I noticed my uppers had a touch of play in them a few months ago. Riding this past weekend, with over 1,000 miles on the odo, I could feel them moving through the steering wheel, at times. Time to replace. Interested to see what JBS comes up with. First thing I've had wear out so far. Great machine. I wouldn't have any other 4 seater for the riding we do around here. | |

| That's good, my MSA Pilots are getting pretty banged up on the rocks. We now have 6 T4's that we are riding with in our little group. Send me an email and I'll let you know when we are riding.

| Well I put in stock replacement bushings on the front Upper A arms this weekend. The original bushings weren't visibly worn at all, and there was a good bit of mud up inside the tube and some caked on the sleeve that slips through the tube. They were easy to replace, BUT, Jimbob was right, I think the sleeve needs replaced too because there is still slop. However I wouldn't have thought the sleeve would wear down enough to need replaced unless the bushings had wore clear out and it was metal rubbing metal. Like I said, there was nothing visibly wrong with the bushings at all. It's cheap to replace the bushings, $20 will do both sides, but the sleeves are around $40 each. James, I'm sure if you can come up with a fix that we can get the word out on the teryx forums and you could probably sell a boat load of them. Please let us know if you still plan on working on something, if not, I think I am just going to get new sleeves and a complete Derlin kit and do everything at once. | |
