Bling Star Doors?

I bought a 2013 commander X a few weeks ago and also bought the blingstar doors but havent installed them yet. My question is about clearance cuz the opening to the building where I keep my commander is really tight. I have maybe 2" on each side between the rock rails and the door opening. Im afraid to install the doors and then not be able to get it in my building.

Could someone take a measurement across the widest part of the doors and tell me how wide it actually is? Or tell me if the doors stick out past the rock rails?

My searching has told me the blingstar doors have more bend in them than the pro armor which gives more room. From what Ive read installing these doors is a pretty big, time consuming job and it would totally suck to get them on and then it not fit in my building. Would likely end up under a tarp behind my house, lol.

I don't think the doors will stick out further than the width of the commander....mine don't on my red solo truck....

I think it will stick out more. Blingstars do stick out more than pro armors and others.

Yes, I need a bigger building but for now Im stuck with what I got. The building is cinder block so widening the door would be an issue.

Bubba, is your doors Blingstar or ProArmor? Looking down the side of yours it looks like they stick out.

I wanna put those doors on so bad cuz the nets are like sand paper.

Bubbas doors are top dog. Top Dog are almost like Pro Armor. They dont stick out as much as aBling Star. 

Im getting ready to order Bling Stars for my Maverick and they def stick out more than my pro armors that were on my commander. Back when I had my commander, my buddy ben did bling star and his stuck out on the side more. He liked it for more room so I am going to give the blings a try on the maverick. Good Luck with it all.

Since you have experience with these doors, looking down the side, do you think the doors stick out past the tires? Man I wish I could find someone thats willing to pull tape with the doors installed so I can figure this out.

I personally think they do from what I have seen. Let me look around for a pic of blingstar doors on a commander. Hold on a few minutes.

Here is pro armor. It looks like the blings stick out a bit more at top. I dont believe it will hurt by more than a couple of inches on each side. I would go ahead and mount them on and see what happens.Its going to be close. Its close to tires but I personally dont think it sticks out past tires. It sticks out more than pro armor though. You already own the doors and the blings have got to be better than the pro armors. I loves the pro armors but the paint started flaking off so I try to steer clear from them. Appreciate the help fellas. Someone finally replied on Arura Wheelers and said the Bling Star Doors stick out almost 6" past the rock rails. If thats the case theres no way it would fit through my door. Hope that dude is wrong, lol.

I don't think they will be that wide. that would be a foot all together.
