| Got a set of splash guards installed today and figured I'd share the install with you all. It's a simple job, but here it is anyway: 1. First locate the bolts that hold the front bumper in place. There are two bolts on each side of the bumper and two on the bottom of the front bash plate. 2. If you have a winch you will need to cut the front splash guard so it will slide past either side of the winch. The red lines indicate where to make the cuts. The bottom of the splash guard will need to be even with the bottom square tube of bumper, as shown in picture below. The size of your winch will determine how much splash guard to remove. 3. Once you're satisfied with the cutout, drop the bumper by removing the 6 bolts. 4. Lay the splash guard on the inside of bumper. 5. Once satisfied with the alignment, mark the bumper through all 8 predrilled holes. 6. Using a small drill bit or center punch, make an indentation in the marked locations to prevent the self-tapping screws from wandering. 7. Install the self-tapping screws, working your way from the bottom up. 8. Reinstall the bumper. 9. Install the side splash guards by first securing them to the bumper using zip ties. 10. Use a drill bit or center punch, as before, where the self-tapping screws will be used. 11. Install the self-tapping screws. 12. Enjoy your mud protection! | |

| DLB, I was eyeballing your ride down there Saturday. That thing looks great. Love the wheels.
If these work anywhere near as good as the ones for the rhino, they are a must have before the 1st ride.

James, is there anyway you can design the fourth piece with a quick detach so we can still access the winch free-spool?

| Was there an extra piece that you decided on to finish off the kit? I am going to install my winch and plow mount in the next week or two so I will be finally installing this kit at the same time. Thanks! | |
