I'm looking for a partner or group of partners to buy a ATV resort in WV VW on the Hatfield Mccoy trails this resort is also close to the new spearhead trails in via. Looking for a total investment of 500k so a group of investors would be good. This is a operational resort with money already coming in. If interested please feel free to call me to discuss .

I am sure that is Mott's Pocahontas ATV Resort. $500,000 seams a little (a lot) steep.

That is much more than I make in a year. But I'm sure there is someone out there that is willing. I don't really know how many riders would rather stay on the edge of the WV H/M or SH systems or be in the middle around Ashland and some of the other more centralized areas. Always thinking...MD

There was some interest in buying property on here at one time. Not nearly as much as this but you never know who could be interested.
