| my dad has a 2010 800 le on our last ride it started jumping out of low gear. has anyone had any trouble with this and was it the cable or something internal? thanks for any help!!! | |

| The first thing I would do is take the cable loose from the transmission and see if the cable is binding up. Once you take it loose it should move in and out freely. It may not be going all the way in gear. Also I would drain the trans fluid to check for metal objects to see if maybe something is going on inside that trans.
I am sure James would be more help but that's a start. | |

| It happens more with the RZR 4's that the cable will stretch do to to the body twist. There is a procedure to adjust as you don't want it to slip out of park either.Popping out can damage the gears and then it has to come out to repair so definitely don't put off adjusting it. | |

| common problem on the early 2010 rzrs. its an internal trans problem. the grove the shifting fork rides in was not cut deep enough and the fork pops out. | |
