Hey Mark, Are you planning to ride those trails that may require a little cuttin' to make through?

I will be at pinnacle creek campground the 19th to set up our camper. It's a used 32ft double slideout travel trailer. you all stop by if you can. Headed back up on the 18th through the 21st. Bramwell to WW area. 131395

Daryl, I think we all have missed the boat. Pretty much all of the property that might have been for sale down that way is SOLD. Everyone is wanting to cash in on the HM system moving in there. But I will let you know if I see anything.

There would need to be a little cutting done for the "S" to fit through I beleive plus there is more to explore down that way.

simoniz, how much do the land owners make from the H/M trails.

I really have no idea. Most of the land HFM gets the rights to is coal land. Alot of folks from NC and VA have been buying up the local properties. There is already a guy buidling a hot dog stand/bunkhouse right under the 52 bridge beside the gas station off of the exit in Bramwell.

simoniz, I found out the land owners make nothing from H/M, how ever they can not be held liable if riders get hurt on their property.

Yea , but that does not stop you from getting dragged to court to have a judge throw it out ( which is time and money out your pocket ) .

punder, the way I was told, the state of wv releases the land owner of being liable.

We saw that building yesterday. That was my first ride into Bramwell, wow, what a beautiful town.

How many miles did you get in? Which way did you go to get down there?

I'm glad you asked. I don't know if we went the best way, it was my first time. I would like some input. Mileage wasn't great for the weekend, it was frigid Friday. See what you can make of this, I know Flipping Creek was an awesome trail.

We come down through flipping creek but edge over to towards Johnson cemetary then down below Charlie Mullins property.

Thats the problem. Just not enough time to ride!!!! I'm dying to go right now. If I only didn't have to work... but then again I would probably not be riding at all.

Many of the waypoints you see are Neuromax's. We'll venture more NE next time.
