| Tiger Rag a Rotozip saw is the perfect tool for cutting the plexi! High speed, just make sure you use a new bit so it doesn't discolor the edge of the glass! I donn't know how a dremel tool would work. | |

Thanks Keith, I appreciate the info. I've got a Dremel and a die grinder....also a jigsaw. I'd hate to go buy a Rotozip although I do understand they are a very nice tool. I'll figure something out. Thanks for your suggestion!

| Daryl,
You can put 4-1/2" speakers in your cargo cover too. I had them in mine behind the seat.

EMP Rick, will you be able to adapt it to the XP 900 after that? If so, do you have timeline yet? ......Wait, I may have misunderstood as my last post on this thread was an over the bed rack for storage. It sounds like your new product may be a storage box since it has marine speaker mounted IN it. If that is the case, I'm guessing it will be a while before you make one for the XP?

I will keep you posted. Just curious, when is the Dealer Expo? This Spring sometime? Just trying to plan. Thanks Rick! Love the new flip up windshield, just installed it this week! Daryl's worked great when I rode with him the other weekend.

| Cool, thanks Drew, that is a nice box. The guy at TSC told me as long as it was in the catalog they could order it. I think I'd kinda like the black one....could do the modification we talked about on the phone. Anyway, I appreciate you looking out for items that would work....or made work!
I'll read through the post on the plugs later, but I appreciate the link on that as well!
