Here's something I just whipped up on my lathe.

I just finished making a heavy duty set of roll cage mounts. I am planning on making a light bar out of stainless and these will be used to mount it with. these are made from 6061 aluminum. 1 3/4" bore x 11/16" thick, 1/4" sockethead stainless bolts.

Rick, what kind of light bar are you making? I am going to probably build one that goes across the hood up near the windshield and was looking for some ideas. I know the kind of work you do and may just pay you to make me one LOL. Those mounts look great.

I'm thinking for the light bar of making a box out of stainless and recessing 4- 4" HID's. I want mine to go just under the roof lip.

Now that is a great idea, it would be nice to have them high but tucked back under the rollbar/roof to keep them protected. I like that!

Yeah me too! I'd be interested in buying 1 if you'd want to sell 1.
