| Been fishing my whole life and have never hooked myself. Well I did tonight. I burried a sharpe owner treble hook in my finger tonight. OUCH...
Well my wonderful wife came to the rescue. I told her about the old fishing line trick and she performed it like she had done it a million times!!! I love my wife!!! | |

| I had this happen to me a few years back. I run the barb of the hook all the way through the skin and then cut the barb off the hook and backed the hook out the same way it went in. |

| Wow, I didn't know about this method. I ran a call like this the other day, and the guy didn't want to go to the hospital. Just wanted the hook out. So we just pulled it out with pliers. He went on about his business and finished up fishing.. lol | |
