My bumper build

It's not done yet, but here's what I have so far. It sets a little low on the driver side because it's just barely hanging there. I still need to make some upper mounts, and order a winch for it.

It's going to mount just behind the radiator. That part is still in the works, but I came up with a pretty good idea for it tonight. It should be plenty strong. The bottom will be bolted to the factory winch mount, and I'm gonna try to trim that plastic cover to fit around the pipe. Hopefully I won't screw that part up. I got some serious time and beer in this so far.

...When I rolled mine the factory bumper mounts pushed up into the radiator
so when I built my new bumper I used the cage for support here's a pic.

That roll cage looks good Jerry! Also looks VERY strong!

I'm going to try to finish it up in the next week or two. I've been working 6 days a week, but the Viper Max 4000 with black syn. rope is in the garage waiting.

I think after the last roll it knocked some sence in him.
