| Well I got back a little early as we had some mechanical problems including my RZR.On Wednesday I noticed some grinding in the front end and my steering was getting hard to steer. My drivers side front wheel gave up a bearing and the wheel was flopping back and forth so we limped it back to Ashland and I rode shotgun in the lead Teryx the rest of the day.Today I did the same thing I rode shotgun and we had problems with overheating and a chain coming off of one of the 6 wheel atvs.We also had problems with overheating & a chain on the first day too.I some pix & video but not as much as I would have had if I would have rode my RZR the whole time.I have been up since 6:00am and have to go into work at 6:00pm until 6:00am tomorrow anyways I will get a video done tomorrow after I get up and it will have the pix and videos as one video | |

| some of the bearings that we replace are called a sealed bearings, but if you want them to last twice as long, pop out the seal on the outside edge and you will be suprized to see | |

| for some reason it just took me out of the forum.. so ill finish. to see how little grease is in the bearing, just enough to keep it from rusting on the shelf. so i pop the seal out and pack the bearing with wheel bearing grease. i found this out the hard way, put in a new bearing and it only lasted about a month, so i pack all my bearings when they need to be replaced. | |

| use a SMALL screw driver, pop out the OUTSIDE edge of the seal. take your time and you wont damage the seal. pack the bearing and pop the seal back in. WORKS GREAT, done this for years. | |
