| I was going to change my plugs this weekend and went to every parts house in town and nobody had the champion plugs that the manual calls for in stock. The last place I went told me that they had autolight plugs that were equal to the champion so I took them. After checking the gap I installed both plugs and the RZR wouldn't even start. I cleaned up my old plugs and put them back in and it fired right up. Aparently autolight plugs are not equal to champion like they said. I'll be ordering the champion plugs that are called for in the manual and installing when they get here. Just thought I should pass this on in case someone else tries this. By the way the autolight plugs did look the same when held side by side the champion but must have a different spark. I also found a hose with what looks like a check valve ,looks like a vent hose or something under the throttle control that is not hooked up to anywhere. Is this right or has it come loose from somewhere. I haven't found it in the mannual yet but I'm still looking | |

| That is probably your crank case Vent , and should attach somewhere . Mine on the sportsman ran from the filter case to the intake boot and had a kinda one way valve look to it . | |

I believe the best two plugs in the world are Denso and NGK. I'll be looking at getting a set of those when I need some.

theres a guy on rzr forums that posts about the E3's. he swears by them. my rzr is starting to get a lil hesitation to it when just easing on the throttle. ive been thinking about changing plugs and really thought about trying them. would like to hear more feed back.
