| Take wifey's old cutting board and cut the lid out of it with a snug(not tight) fit. Use a hole saw on the scrap for the 2"+ washer. Add a 5/16" bolt, two brake shoe spring seats, 2" spring and 3/4", stick-on, weather stripping. Adjust the spring for the compression you want (shouldn't be an issue unless you got a big Bubba butt sitting on it). Oh, yeah. Buy wifey a new cutting board. It's Christmas, you know. | Mine has a real nice lid from the factory. Man is it nice. It's to bad the box under that nice lid has the whole bottom tore out of it already. Nice job Finzup! | |
