| does anyone in here follow hs football in wv? if so what teams do you support ? Do you have kids playing? anything hs football related. I am a coach at wirt county high school. we are picked to go pretty far this year and if our stats from tues night scrimmage are correct we will get noticed. Stats from Scrimmage Vs. Liberty (H) and Elkins Total Offense: 52 Plays / 554 Total Yards (10.65 yards per play)
RUSHING: 29 carries for 177 yards (6.1 yards per carry)
Passing Offense:
16 of 24 for 377 yards / 6 TD’S – 1 defensegave up 168 yards on 27 plays one play was 60 yds on a reverse so 108 on 26 is more like it | |

| I am a football fan, follow Woodrow Wilson HS in Beckley, only because i went there......mostly a WVU fan though.......good luck with the upcoming season!!! | |

| in wv we are single A smallest clasification
population of up to about 400 kids
AA is from around 400 to 600 ish
AAA is supposed to be the big dogs
we have 50 kids out this year more than some AAA schools
we only graduated 5 seniors last year and made it to the semifinals lost to wahama (mason wv)
we open up with moorefield wv at our place. and i promise a good show if anyone comes to watch.
our scrimmage was with a AA and a AAA school. we score 7 times and only allowed 1.
as for other football i am a wvu fan and a big Greenbay Packers fan | |
