Here is the plan for the Spring Ride


Friday & Saturday will be Outlaw trails!!!!

Thursday & Sunday will be up to you to ride what you want and with who you ride with.


Thursday-Who ever shows up will be on their own to make what ever plans they want.
I will be there to take a group out if some want to do that.People will
arrive at different times so like always people will be posting what
time they will be arriving so they can figure out who they can hook up
with for a ride.


Friday-9:00am
be at the Gazebo beside the office for a drivers meeting and we will
vote by a show of hands if we will have one group or two and line up to
ride.


Saturday-9:00am be at the Gazebo beside the office
and we will do the raffle drawings at this time.Immediately after the
drawings we will have a drivers meeting and we will vote by a show of
hands if we will have one group or two and line up to ride.


Sunday-9:00am
Line up at the stop sign and we will decide what we are doing based on
how many we have that want to ride.I don't think there will be many so
the group will decide then as to what to do.

Here is what I'm thinking for the Charity Raffle.We don't need tickets
because I think for every chance you want to buy we will just right your
username on a post it note and fold it and put it in a box or can for
the prize drawings and have someone draw for names for the winners.

Ok we are getting close to the Spring Ride so I thought I would start sharing some info on how we do things since we have a lot of new members coming this time.I want them to know what to expect. 1.It is real important to be on time Fri,Sat & Sun morning if you plan to ride as we don't wait on anyone not ready.We just can't hold up the group for 1 or 2 people. 2.Bring all food & drinks you will need for the day as we have to many people to stop anywhere and get served food. 3.We will ride somewhere between 50 to 70 miles on Fri & Sat so you should not need to bring any extra gas if your machine can go that far on a tank.Now Sunday maybe a different story so we can plan to stop some where and refuel since we won't have as many riders and we may eat somewhere too depending on how big the group is. 4.We will stop for timed breaks during the day and breaks will be 12 minutes after the last SXS is stopped.When the 12 minutes are up you will here a horn you will have a 3 minute warning to get buckled in your SXS and the ride will continue.We will do a 30 minute Lunch break on the trails . 5.Everyone needs a rear-view mirror so you can watch the rider behind you at all times at every turn or intersection and wait until he or she sees which way to go.If the rider behind you stops for any reason do not leave them you stop too.This should cause the whole group to stop. 6.This event is to meet other members & enjoy a big group of SXS riding together.It is not a party during the ride you will have plenty of time for that back at the campfire so do not get drunk & act stupid and ruin someones experience! 7.Everyone is welcome to the community each evening after the ride located in site OF 1 which is where I will be staying in Geterdun's trailer. 8.If we have a SXS that breaks down due to overheating or something major that can't be fixed in 5 minutes we will continue the ride with out them once we have a volunteer or two that can stay with them and make sure they get back to camp.If you have a flat tire you should be able to plug it quickly and the group will wait for the tire to be fixed and that should be the only thing to hold up the group. I'm sure I left out something so I maybe adding more when I remember something else..lol

It's looking like the wife and I will be leaving a day earlier, (Thursday instead of Friday), for the Spring ride. Riding Friday and Saturday would be the cats ass! We'll have to bring that much more beer and apple shine though. See y'all in a week and a half.

Well we are back to 72 SXS now We will have a Wildcat riding with us so it will be interesting to see how it does.There could be another Wildcat joining us also from Roanoke,Va so we will wait and see

Ok people here is the way I'm going to do the raffle drawings since some items are only for the RZR's and Jet sxs products only work with the Polaris front bumper .I don't see why we should draw a name and say this is going to be for the JBS RZR Roof or etc when that person does not have a RZR.The first drawing will be for the Ashland Deluxe cabin and second drawing will be for the Rigid lights and then the gift cards this way anyone can use these gifts.After that we will let the winner pick whatever they want from anything that is left until everything is gone.


Does this sound like a good plan or not




Also to have more Raffle Prizes I think we all have something we don't need or use that another member could use so we can donate any items you may have used or new for the raffle drawings which will add to the number of prizes.


Here is what I have to add for raffle prizes & yes they are used but who cares it maybe what someone else can use.
