| I am not really happy with the Burkes on my Rhino, they sometimes only fire up one and you have to hit the switch a couple of times to get them both on. I have them on my truck and they work great.
What is wrong with the others you are sending back?

What is wrong with the others you are sending back? Burnt out 3 ballasts in about 3 months... maybe your problem could be switch? ... just a question... I am going to seal all connections with Dielectric grease, than tape, than heat shrink /spray tape or dip seal , anywhere I dont connect will have Silicon seal.... I don't want anymore issues with water, if it hooks up, it will be sealed.

| I don't think mine could be the swtich, when I turn them on one ALWAYS lights, but it could be either one. Flip the switch once or twice and they both power up. Burke said it was a voltage issue and common on ATV's/UTV's | |

| well, gonna seal everything as tight as I can, tape, dip, spray, or all... it will be water tight... only question I have and Burke could not answer... do I need to give the HID's air(cooling/ ventilation) there are holes on back of lights, can I seal them with silicone ??? | |

Did this problem happen when you first put them in or did it take several months...

Did this problem happen when you first put them in or did it take several months... FYI, mine took about a month for first, than both went out on Sat night of the fall ride, had to go back to camp with headlights.... I decided to bring stock lights with me, put them in there.

| you could get a set of kragen 4 inch hids and mount them somewhere else, that way if your headlights give you trouble, just turn the other set on,and they are allready sealed, thats what i did!! | |
