| I know some guys dont like them but I would do the 2.0's for weight saving. Thats what I run and they do good. |

| Go bigger than 25s. You won't tell a difference on a grizzly by going to a 26" as far as power goes. Original Horns are much more punture resistant than the 2.0s. But, as Tbone said, the 2.0 is a good bit lighter. Both will ride smooth and handle great. | |

| You have a 660, which has enough power to pull any tire that will fit! We are not running NASCAR where every second counts. A couple of pounds is not that bad a thing! But some guys go all sissy and seem to think that a heavy tire will be so hard to turn that they won't get out of the parking lot. If I was out west running the salt flats, I might worry about tire weight, but in the real world, it is not that big a deal, really!! | |

| I dunno know about that. On my rzr a set of big horns killed it on power. Took some fun out of it and that's what this is all about is having fun.
It's not wrong to be concerned with weight. Could hurt the tranny and other things. Next time I buy tires and wheels the weight will be an issue. Turning is not the issue. Either way when I added mine it really hurt the power. |

| going from stockers to my 28 mudlites, I can tell a huge difference, but its nothing a clutch kit can't fix, I can also get engine braking from the kit too... :)
going from my stock 25s to 25 duro powergrips(almost the same as bighorns) I couldn't tell any difference though

| I went from 27 Big Horns and 27 XTRs and now am running 28 Radial Outlaws, and I can go faster than is good for me!! I had to have my Dirty Dawg Clutch re built and I had Dale lower my top speed, as I had had the Joker up to 66mph on the GPS with 27 in radial XTRs. I just don't need to be in that much of a hurry!!! Plus a taller tire will help keep ya from getting hung up on a mole hill!(wink wink) | |

| Tried to order a standard 26x9rx12 maxis bighorn last week. Couldn't find it in stock?? Finally ordered a 26x9x12 2.0 from Rocky Mountain ATV at a cost of $112.00 shipped. Will be carrying it as a spare so I guess the weight saving may help a little. | |

| My opinion seems different then others. I would go 25" -- no larger. The 25" BigHorn measures 25.9". The Griz has a high center of gravity. Taller makes them roll over easier. I have seen way too many Griz rolls when exploring trails. Get the 25" Original BigHorns...
I ride 1000's of miles a year in WV and three of my Buddies have Griz's. All three have rolled on trails the rest of us made it without issue. Griz's do not need to be taller unless you just want to ride flatland and do it for show...

| Hump is correct -- wider wheels or spacers help on stability. One of my friends added 1.5" spacers at all corners to help. He was frustrated after hurting a shoulder and cracking a rib (2 seperate incidents).
I prefer smaller tires on all my rides. Smaller tires = faster acceleration

| Grizzlys are pretty tippy stock. Not only did I go with aftermarket wheels, but I increased tire width by 2" front and rear.
I think a 26 would not make it to tippy, but if I were going 27 on one, I would go with the wider than stock tire. 27x12, not 27x10 on the rear.
General rule with any vehicle....Go taller, go wider at least the same amount for stability.
My grizzly felt more stable than stock with the itp wheels and the 10" wide tires on the front vs. the 8" wide that came stock. Most people buy the 9" wide for the front. I say definately get the 10s for the front and 12s for the rear if you are going to keep the stock wheels with no spacers. I have heard that the 660s had clearance issues on the rear with a 12 wide tire, but nothing major. Do some measuring before you buy, if you are going to keep the stock wheels.
