| Did some searching last night and found that several folks were having luck with this box on their XP. Might not be custom, but might be a stop gap measure for some until more custom boxes are readily available. Its a trailer box so it should hold up well. Or is supposed to be stiff too so hopefully you could gasket it of out was not already and oit would not leak. It is supposed to be a nice snug fit in the bed too.

| I just did a quick shipping calculator on that site and it came up to about $20 to NC so total cost would be around $90 for it. Not bad for a heavy box. Some on the site where I found this said they got theirs at their local Tractor Supply. Said it was a 2 chest deal. Buy the bigger chest for a little over a hundred bucks and get this smaller one free. Wish I could find that deal....might have to swing by TSC today. | |

They aren't stock on an XP like the old RZR's are they? I can't remember seeing them on the XP. If they are adders, why do you feel they are much needed? Weak cage? Rumor I heard the other weekend is they did away with them because it made them like a ball when rolling and hard to stop rolling.

How would you tie the thing down? T, not sure of you could adapt it to work with lock n ride or not. Looks like that second picture is showing an eye bolt in the side of the box to tie down in the bed. I'll go back to that other thread and see of I can find out how they are doing it. edit: I posted a question on that other thread so I'll see what the o/p over there said.

Matt , call Diamond Deluxe in Denton NC , they are the fella's that made the boxes for the Back of the RZR ( like mine) and see if he has or wants one to make one from , that way if/when you get one you can get a box that fits ... Only thing I have against that type of box is stuff getting under it , its just going to be a pain to clean unless you just make it easy to take on and off . I did find that my alum box sweated inside till I made some air space between it and the bed , plus Steve had all ready drilled the bed which helped the water drain .... I really liked the all across alum box on the XP , and it would have the clean storage that a hunter would need ....

| That's the box I'm using on my XP. I got it from Street Side Auto
http://www.streetsideauto.com/p/dee-zee-6535p/
82.95 with free shipping!!!!
I had to make two long lock and ride mounts to use in the lock and ride holes in the engine cover. The Box doesn't come with any latches so I added my own. I also added two D-rings, one on each end of the Box to run straps through to help hold it in place.
I'll add some pictures after I get the RZR washed.
