Welch is the only one I know enforcing it but its a WV law as far as I can tell. Makes no sense because we are able to go faster than 25mph which is what the slow moving sign is for but oh well. Whatever makes them happy as long as they let me ride on the roads! | |

| Damn I would like to come but Rhino is down right now. I finally found my anti-freeze leak. The mechanical seal behind the water pump. Had to order the parts hopefully they will be in this Thursday or Friday. I am going to take rhino with me to Beckley next week, I will be there for 2 weeks, plan on riding Burning rock in the evenings during the week, and maybe hooking up with Mikebike an evening or 2. | |

| I'll be down to the KOA Friday night around 6:30 or so. We'll head somewhere. We can do Welch in 1 hr 45min as long as no one stops every 10 minutes. I can do 1 hr 20 minutes but that is much more pace then most would want to ride. Or we can just head anywhere -- does not matter to me... | |
