| Had a great ride yesterday with my two boys and some friends at ivy. in our group we had 3 rzr 800 and one rzr 170 and 2 atvs lots of fun. it was great watching my oldest son and his buddies coaching my younges 11yr old on how to get his 170 across obstacles on the trail. it was muddy we were really impressed with the 170 it went every it wanted to go except it bottomed out a couple of times. the biggest problem we had (other than keeping me under control) was my sons 2011 rzr kept getting the belt wet. we have tried everything. the first thing we did was snorkel it . that didnt help then we sealed the casing with silicone, that didnt help. we put his third belt on sat, and yep yesterday it got wet. and he just was running thru some shallow creeks and mud. the would not even try anything deep. is there something we are missing. do any of you have any ideas we cant find any cracks in the houseing either let me know if you think of anything | |

| After trying all you that you have the easiest way is to reverse it, fill the belt housing with water and see where it is coming out. | |

| I took the snorkels off mine and stuck a water hose in it to find the leaks. After I figured where it was at, let it drain a little, started it, reved the motor and blew the rest of the water out. | |

The right clutch kit(springs and weights) may be the best performance mod you can make. | |
