| I have had my little 50" RZR for about a year and a half. Love most things about it except a few. When I ride I am usually the only 50" RZR in the bunch and everyone else has the S or XP. I don't mind being a little slower than the XP but I have a hard time keeping up because the suspension is so hard on the 50" that I have to slow down for bumps that the other guys just glide right over. So that is where this story starts. I ordered a set of XP shocks and springs off a guy in California. I am also ordering a Super ATV + 5 kit. This is the standard to S conversion. A buddy we ride with has already put the XP shocks on his S and loves it. He is a good fabricator and had to modify the shock mounts to work, but it does work.. He says that the XP shocks on the S is a lot better. I can only imagine what it will be like going from the standard to XP....... One reason the 50" is so rough is I had to cranck the adjusters all the way up to get any ground clearance..... I cant wait to get this in and put on..... | |

| Yeah, I don't plan in putting them on. Actually ran without sway for a while on the 50 | |

| I replace my stock shocks on my 50" with Elka shocks and man did it make a difference. James (HRR) had commented several time after riding behind me as to how it changed the ride too. | |

| I've never even ridden in an S model. To go from 50 to long travel with XP 2.0 is gonna be awesome. | |

Groundhog is right, if you want stiff springs to improve handling, it will work at the sacrifice of suspension compliance to road conditions at higher speeds. If you like to ride fast, the best set-up is always bigger bars and lightest springs that keep your rubber(all four corners) on the trail and your chassis off the dirt. IMHO.

| I'm a slow rider. I want soft ride with lots of flex. Not worried about high speed stability. | |

Same here, most of the time. But, durring every ride I get the urge to get on it hard. I took the sway bar off the rhino and love it, but I'm scared to take it off the rzr because the front end of the rzr pushes in the corners like the rhino does with the sway bar off. The S would have mad flex without it for sure. You are going to love that suspension when you get it done.

| I took front and rear sways off mine and rode it like that for a while. I put the back on after a while. A little too tippy on the 50" . | |

| I'm afraid that the S will go straight instead of spinning the rearend around with throttle if I take the rear off.
You may have to get the S rear sway bar once you get your suspension on. I doubt your stock rzr one will work.

| I bet the xp shocks will give you a little more lift. Good thing you are getting doors, cause you are gonna need them. I'm a sucker for modded rides like this. How many blue/white rzr-s do you ever see? That's going to be a nice ride. | |

| Yeah Hump, I was thinking the same thing. You don't see many of the blue LE's and I have never seen one with a long travel. Gonna get custom graphics for the doors and tie it into the factory graphics. I get off work in 2 hrs and am gonna finish the rear end. If I don't freeze mine off that is. LOL | |
